Cuttack: Niali police today arrested another accused in connection with the loot of cash of Rs 11.66 lakh from a dairy farm owner on May 13. Police said that they are also trying to nab the third accused involved in the crime.
The accused have been identified as Subha Darshan Das. Police said that the accused had intercepted the motorcycle of the victim Butu Lenka and had threatened him.
“They also decamped with the cash. During investigation, we managed to arrest one of the accused a few days ago. Basing on his inputs we managed to arrest Das from Padatira village,” said a police official.
