Petrol and diesel prices remain unchanged for second consecutive day; Here’s how much it costs

Bhubaneswar: Petrol and diesel prices remain unchanged for second consecutive day in capital city Bhubaneswar on Tuesday. Today, the petrol price in Bhubaneswar has been recorded at Rs 106.77 per litre while the diesel price has been recorded at Rs 103.15 per litre.

Similarly on Monday as well as Sunday, the petrol and diesel rate were recorded at Rs 106.42 and at Rs 102.77 respectively in the temple city of Odisha. The cost of petrol and diesel rate have not increased in the last 24 hours.

All major cities of Odisha has registered petrol price above 100 and the rate of petrol in Malkangiri district has been recorded to be the highest in the state at Rs 108.56. The other major cities like Chennai, Bangalore, Lucknow, Jaipur and other cities has also recorded the petrol price above Rs 100 including Rs 103.01 in Chennai, Rs 105.84 in Delhi, Rs 106.43 in Kolkata and Rs 111.77 in Mumbai. The diesel price in various cities are Rs 98.92 in Chennai, Rs 94.57 in Delhi, Rs 97.68 in Kolkata and in Mumbai the rates have crossed above Rs 100 mark at Rs 102.52.

The pause in petrol and diesel price hike has brought needed relief for consumers as it is taking a big chunk out of their income.
