Jharsuguda: In a shocking incident, parents trying to sell their newborn baby boy were caught by the Childline in Ekatali in Jhasuguda district.
As per reports, after the baby’s birth yesterday, he was brought home. Since the parents were not financially stable enough to take care of the child, they had hatched a plan to sell their baby to a person belonging to Raigarh of Chattisgarh. The plan to sell the baby boy was fixed about two months ago, informed the child’s parents.
The child is in CWC’s care now. An investigation has been initiated.
