Papu Pom Pom’s wife Sangeeta requests not to spread rumours about his health

New Delhi: Ollywood actor Tatwa Prakash Satapathy aka Papu Pom Pom’s wife Sangeeta Satapathy on Thursday clarified that the news of his passing away was a rumour.

Speaking to newsmen, Sangeeta said that the comedian is undergoing treatment in the intensive care unit (ICU) of Gastrology department at All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi.

This apart, the actor’s wife requested people not to spread rumours about his health.

Sangeeta’s clarification came after rumour of his death was spread by some unknown persons yesterday.

Papu, who is suffering from pancreatic disease, was undergoing treatment in the ICU of a private hospital in Bhubaneswar since May 11. However, he was airlifted to AIIMS-New Delhi on May 15 as his health condition turned critical.
