Over 20 bombs hurled in Odisha village

Puri: Tension ran high at Nathapur village under Satpada police limits in Puri district of Odisha on Sunday after a group of men reportedly hurled more than 20 bombs at the residents of the village.

According to reports, the bombs have been hurled due to a land dispute in 35 Mouza area of Nathapur village.

Meanwhile, Puri Additional Superintendent of Police (SP), Sub Divisional Police Officer (SDPO), Inspector In-charge (IIC) of Brahmagiri Police Station rushed to the village after getting information about the bombing incident.

More than 100 police personnel also have been deployed in the area as tension run high following the bombing.
