Bhubaneswar: The Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC) achieved a milestone as over 13 lakh people have been fully vaccinated in Bhubaneswar. The Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC) informed the same on its official Twitter account.
“More than 13 lakh people are fully Vaccinated in Bhubaneswar. We thank all for your support in the fight against COVID19,” wrote BMC. As of yesterday, a total of 13,00,804 people have received both the vaccination doses in the entire Bhubaneswar.
As many as 27,22,155 vaccines have been administered so far, including 14,21,351 persons with their first dose of vaccination.
As many as 36,109 healthcare workers have received their first dose while 33,400 have received the second dose. Similarly, 56,328 and 50,889 front-line workers have been given the first and dose respectively.
8,46,007 people between 18-44 years have received their first dose of the Covid vaccine while 7,76,852 have taken the second dose.
People aged 45-60:
1st dose- 3,19,389
2nd dose- 2,91,539
People aged above 60 :
1st dose: 1,58,518
2nd dose: 1,43,124
