Cuttack: Board of Secondary Education President Jahan Ara Begum on Friday informed that the Odisha Teachers’ Eligibility Test (OTET) will be held online henceforth.
Speaking to the reporters, Begum said, “The OTET exam which was cancelled this year will be conducted online. It will be held after the conclusion of the annual matric exam.”
“The OTET exam will be conducted online from this year onwards,” she added.
It is worthwhile to mention here that the OTET was cancelled following question paper leak on the day of the examination on January 16.
As many as 1.12 lakh candidates were appearing the examination at 250 centres across the state.
