Good news for the job seekers. The Odisha Power Transmission Corporation Limited (OPTCL) has issued an advertisement and invited applications for the recruitment of different posts.
The eligible and willing candidates can apply in the prescribed format and the selected candidates will be posted at OPTCL’s dispensary, known as ‘Power Hospital,’ located in Bhubaneswar.
The candidates must apply on or before December 10, 2021.

OPTCL Recruitment 2021 Post Qualification Experience
- The post qualification experience of 2 years as on 1.11.2021 is preferable.

- 68 years as on 1.11.2021
OPTCL Recruitment 2021 Period Of Engagement
- The initial engagement will be for a period of 1 year. Further extension of engagement may be considered based on the performance of the visiting specialist doctor and also upon the requirement of the Corporation.
OPTCL Recruitment 2021 Remuneration
- The remuneration payable to the Visiting Specialist Doctor would be fixed, within the ceiling of Rs. 4,000 per visit. Remuneration per visit would be revised by 3% every year if the tenure is extended further. In addition, the Visiting Specialist Doctor will get Conveyance Allowance of Rs. 500 per visit. However, in deserving cases the remuneration will be revised
OPTCL Recruitment 2021 Selection Procedure
- Suitable candidates from amongst the applicants would be shortlisted.
- Shortlisted candidates will be called for Personal Interview.
- Candidates are required to produce original certificates towards proof of age, their MBBS/ MD/ DNB certificates for verification prior to Personal Interview.
- Filling-up of vacancies is solely at the discretion of the Management based on suitability of candidates & no claim will arise for appointment, if vacancies are not filled due to non-suitability/in sufficient number of candidates.
