Bhubaneswar: The Odisha Joint Entrance Examination (OJEE) cell has released the tentative schedule for counselling and admission into MBBS and BDS courses for the academic session 2021-22.
Reportedly, the registration and online application, uploading of documents for online verification will begin from 12 noon of January 12 till 11.59 pm of January 18, 2022. From January 12 to January, queries will be responded if required during online verification.
Similarly, January 20 has been set for reconciliation of date.
- Publication of provisional state merit list of registered candidates- January 24 at 5.00 pm
- Query response raised by the candidates regarding the provisional state merit list- January 25 and 26
- Publication of final state merit list of registered candidates- January 27, 2022
- Choice filling and locking- January 30, 10 am till January 31, 11:59 pm
- Publication of first-round allotments list and downloading allotment letter- February 3, 2022
- Report for admission at OJEE cell, Gandamunda, Bhubaneswar- from 10 am February 5 till 5 pm February 10
- Withdrawal from admission process- from 10 am February 5 till 8 pm February 10
- Display of vacant seat matrix after 1st round of counselling- February 11, 2022
- Registration and online application, uploading of documents for online verification for 2nd round- from February 11 (11:00 am) to February 12 (11:59 pm)
- Publication of revised state merit list- February 15, 2022
- Choice filling and locking by newly registered candidates- between February 16 (10:00 am) and February 17 (11:59 pm)
- Publication of 2nd round allotment and downloading of allotment letter- February 19
- Report for admission at OJEE cell, Gandamunda, Bhubaneswar- between February 21 (10:00 am) and February 24 (5:00 pm)
- Withdrawal from admission process- between February 21 (10:00 am) and February 24 (8:00 pm)
It is to be noted that OJEE will announce the guidelines and schedule for spot-round counselling later.
