Bhubaneswar: The state government-controlled Odisha Joint Entrance Examination (OJEE) 2022 has begun today amid strict Covid guidelines. The entrance exam will be conducted til July 8.
Reportedly, the exams will be conducted in three shifts every day, 9 am – 11 am, 12.30 pm – 2.30 pm, and from 4 pm – 6 pm. The last day of the examination will be conducted in two shifts. The students will appear for LE Tech (Diploma) on the first day of the examination.
As many as 62,000 students will appear for the exams at 58 centers across the state. A total of 57,918 students have applied for the entrance test.
On the other hand, students have been urged to take the exam in compliance with the Covid restrictions as infections are on the rise in the state.
The usage of masks, hand sanitizers, social distancing, and thermal screening have been mandatory at the test center.
