Bhubaneswar: It is a matter of great pride for entire Odisha and India that Lavanya Das of Bhubaneswar has won the ‘Miss Teen Universe’. She won the title during Miss and Mister Tourism Ambassador Universe 2018 held in Malaysia yesterday.
According to reports, Das was declared the winner among total 35 contestants from 25 countries.
Lavanya, a student of DAV School at Unit 8 in Bhubaneswar, promoted Indian culture and tourism as well as Odisha’s rich culture and tourism during the competition in Malaysia.
Lavanya, who is a professional model, had won the Pre-teen Junior Model International title at beauty pageant in Kerala last year.
