Bhubaneswar: The Regional Meteorological Centre, Bhubaneswar has predicted intense rainfall with thunderstorm and lightning at some places over 12 districts in Odisha on Saturday.
Thunderstorm with lightning and hail /intense rainfall with gusty surface wind speed reaching 40-50 km per hour likely to occur at some places over the districts of Angul, Balasore, Bhadrak, Deogarh, Dhenkanal, Jagatsingpur, Jajpur, Kendrapara, Keonjhar, Mayurbhanj, Sambalpur and Sundergarh till 9.30 PM today, said the latest bulletin of the MeT dept.
