Bhubaneswar: Despite a slight dip in temperature since the last 24 hours, the heat wave conditions across the state may make a comeback next week, with the regional MeT department a sharp rise in temperature from next week.
On Friday, the temperature was below 40 degrees in almost all parts of the state. The twin cities of Cuttack and Bhubaneswar recorded 35.4 and 37.6 degrees Celsius respectively.

The IMD forecast informed that day temperature across the state, which had come down due to Nor’wester rain, will again rise after April 20 and will intensify from April 25.
