The minister recently paid a surprise visit to a school when he found the toilet that is meant for the students was dirty. The minister himself cleaned the area.
As per reports, Minister Jyoti Prakash Panigrahi on Thursday paid a surprise visit to the Khaira High School in Balasore district of Odisha. During his visit he found that the toilet and basin was filthy.
The minister then did not wait for anyone else but took out a broom and started cleaning the area himself. The news is making the rounds in the area while everybody is all praise for him.
