Odisha temperature likely to rise in 2-3 days
Bhubaneswar: The day temperature in Odisha will rise in the next two to three days. The temperature is likely to be around 40 degrees Celcius in some places.
Reportedly, the Regional Meteorological Centre has issued a yellow alert for some districts
The yellow warning has been issued for Balangir, Sonepur, Boudh, and Angul districts on March 15 while for Balangir, Sonepur, Boudh, Angul, Nayagarh, and Khordha on March 16.
The state is expected to receive hot air in the next three to four days. As a result, the temperatures in the state will rise by 2 to 3 degrees Celsius in 2 to 3 days.
Earlier on Saturday, eight cities recorded temperatures above 37 degrees Celsius. The maximum temperature has been recorded in Boudh at 37.5 degrees Celsius while the lowest minimum temperature of 15.5 degrees Celsius was recorded at Phulbani.
