Odisha: Temperature In Bhubaneswar And Cuttack Crosses 40° Celsius

Bhubaneswar: Odisha has been reeling under a heatwave for almost one month, life has been thrown out of gear in many places.

As many as 21 places recorded temperatures above 40 degrees Celsius.

The twin cities of Bhubaneswar and Cuttack recorded temperatures of more than 40 degrees Celsius first time ever in this summer.

It is to be noted that Bhubaneswar recorded a temperature of 40.2 degrees Celsius and Cuttack recorded a temperature of as much as 40.5 degrees Celsius.

Further, Angul recorded the highest maximum temperature in Odisha at 43.7 degrees Celsius and Bolangir was the second hottest place with a maximum temperature of 43.2 degree Celsius.
