Odisha; Senior Government Officers To Be Administered Covid Vaccine

Bhubaneswar: A Steering Committee Meeting was Chaired by Chief Secretary relating to the vaccination of frontline workers decided that it would start from February 6.

In order to build confidence among frontline workers that the vaccine is safe and has no side effects, it has been decided that all Senior Officers shall take the vaccine like DG, Police and all their senior officers and in the district.

All the Collectors and SPs should also take the vaccine on February 6.

The government officials shall tweet the same with their photo for awareness and confidence amongst others so that the vaccination programme would get the desired momentum.
