Bhubaneswar: A total of 318 Covid-19 positive cases including 58 in the 0-18 years age group have been detected positive in Odisha in the last 24 hours taking the tally to 10,43,469 informed the Information & Public Relations (I&PR) Department on Sunday.
Among the 318 positives, 186 are quarantine cases and 132 are local contacts. However, 425 patients recovered in the State taking the total number of 10,31,850.
