Odisha sees 2,070 fresh Covid cases, Infection tally rises to 9,49,929

Bhubaneswar: Odisha reported 2,070 fresh Covid positive cases in the last 24 hours, informed the Information and Public Relations (I&PR) Department on Friday, taking the total tally to 9,49,929.

A total of 2,070 new Covid positives include 1195 quarantine cases and 875 are local contacts. The Test Positivity Rate (TPR) for the day stood at 2.94%.

Khurdha reports the highest Covid positives at 446, followed by Cuttack at 319, Balasore at 176, Jajpur 136 and Puri at 110.
