Odisha: Sec. 144 Imposed In Kakatpur Mangala Temple At Puri, See Details

Puri: Section 144 has been clamped by the district administration at Kakatpur Maa Mangala Temple in Puri district of Odisha on Tuesday. 

According to sources, this step has been taken to prevent public gathering in view of Jhamu Jatra which is slated be observed today.

It is noteworthy that Maa Mangala is the presiding goddess at the ‘shakti peeth’ in Kakatpur. 

Puri has seen a remarkable rise in Covid positives within the past 2-3 days.
