The SD & TE Department’s decision came as Odisha has been ranked 4th in the country so far ragging cases in the campus are concerned and also in the wake of Supreme Court’s May 8, 2009 verdict as well as ‘UGC Regulations on Curbing the Menace of Ragging in Higher Educational Institutions, 2009’.

The Higher Education Department of the state government is all set to issue soon.
