Odisha reports record 609 recoveries of Covid-19 patients in a day
Bhubaneswar: As many as 609 Covid-19 patients in Odisha have recovered in the last 24 hours, informed the State Health & Family Welfare Department on Tuesday. It’s the highest single-day recovery in the state so far.
According to the Health Department, the fresh recovery cases include 268 persons from Ganjam district, 135 from Sundargarh, 37 from Khordha, 32 from Cuttack, 25 from Balasore, 23 from Keonjhar, 18 from Mayurbhanj, 12 from Bhadrak , 12 from Puri, eight from Sambalpur, seven each from Baragarh & Jagatsinghpur , six from Jajpur , four each from Jharsuguda & Kendrapara, three from Balangir, two each from Koraput, Nabarangpur & Rayagada and one each from Gajapati & Nayagarh.
The total recovered cases of Odisha now stand at 9864, the Health Dept tweeted.
