Bhubaneswar: Odisha reported more six COVID positive cases on Monday. After this, the tally of total number of coronavirus positive found cases in the state rises to 74.
It is to be noted that 7 cases had been detected earlier today. Hence in the last 24 hours the total number of corona positive cases in Odisha becomes 13.

Earlier on April 3, Odisha had recorded the maximum number of cases in a single day. On that day 15 covid positive cases had been reported. Hence, today’s 13 positive cases can be asserted as the second highest number of cases found in a single day.
Out of the six new cases, 5 are from Jajpur district and 1 from Sundergarh district.
In the meanwhile Odisha Govt has requested people with travel history to West Bengal during last 28 days to inform the local Sarpanch, BDO/Tahasildar and quarantine themselves at home as 10 persons of Bhadrak and Jajpur districts with travel history to West Bengal have tested positive for COVID-19 during last 24 hours.
