Odisha reports 8 new Covid infection, one death in the last 24 hours

Bhubaneswar: Odisha on Wednesday reported only 8 new Covid cases, informed to the Information and Public Relations (I&PR) Department. The positive tally stands at 12,87,959.

Reportedly, among the 8 positives, five patients are in quarantine, and three are local contacts. The active cases in Odisha currently stand at 110.

Cuttack, Sambalpur and Sundargarh district reported two cases of Covid-19 each and one each from Khurda and Bolangir.

On the other hand,  only one Covid-19 death has been reported from Odisha in the last 24 hours from Bhubaneswar.

1.A 80 years old Female of Bhubaneswar who was also suffering from Hypertension.
