Bhubaneswar: Odisha Health & Family Welfare Department on its Twitter handle informed that the State reported 2216 fresh recovery cases today.
With today’s 2216 recoveries, a total of 10,52,395 people have recovered from the deadly virus in the State so far.

Earlier in the day, the State recorded a huge spike in Covid cases with 10,273 new positive cases in the last 24 hours. As many as 3496 fresh cases were reported from the Khurda district alone.
According to the Information and Public Relations (I&PR) Department, a total of 1065 positives in the 0-18 years age group were detected today.
Among the 10,273 positives, 5962 are quarantine cases and 4311 are local contacts. There are a total of 53,171 active cases in the State.
