Odisha records over 10k covid-19 positive cases for 3rd consecutive day with 10,856 infections

Bhubaneswar: Odisha has reported over 10,000 covid-19 positive cases for the third consecutive day. The state on Saturday reported a massive spike in Covid cases with 10, 856 positive cases including 3087 cases from Khordha have been detected in the last 24 hours.

The total cases include 1021 in the 0-18 years age group have been found, informed the Information and Public Relations (I&PR) Department.

Among the 10,856 positives, 6293 are quarantine cases and 3511 are local contacts. There are a total of 61,809 active cases. The new recoveries stand at 2216. The positivity rate stands at 14.48%.
