Odisha records 3 Covid Deaths : H&FW Dept

Bhubaneswar: As many as three Covid positive patients have succumbed in Odisha, informed the State Health and Welfare Department on Sunday.

Reportedly, all the three Covid deaths today, have been reported from Sundargarh.

Details of cases confirmed as death due to Covid-19, after due completion of death audit process:

1.A 76 years old Male of Sundargarh District who was also suffering from Diabetes Mellitus, Hypertension, Chronic Kidney Disease & Hypothyroidism.

2.A 50 years old Female of Sundargarh District who was also suffering from Chronic Kidney Disease.

3.A 45 years old Female of Sundargarh District.

It is noteworthy that, this list does not reflect deaths occurring on a particular day. It gives details of past deaths for which the death audit process has been duly completed and the cause of death has been identified as due to Covid-19.

Adding to it, Odisha reported below 100 Covid cases for the second consecutive day with 86 positives including 23 in the 0-18 years, informed the Information and Public Relations (I&PR) Department on Sunday.
