Odisha Polls: 95-Year-Old Man Dies In Queue In Ganjam

Berhampur: In yet another sad incident, a 95-year-old man at Sanakhemundi under Aska Parliamentary Constituency died while waiting in queue outside a polling booth on Thursday.

The deceased has been identified as Natabar Behera. He hailed from Kansamari village under Digapahandi block in Ganjam district.

As per reports, Behera was waiting in a queue outside Booth number 183 of Sanakhemundi to cast his vote when the incident happened. He felt uneasy and collapsed after a while, dying on the spot.

He was rushed to Digapahandi Medical where doctors declared him dead.
