Bhubaneswar: The health condition of Odisha Panchayati Raj minister, Pratap Jena is said to be in a critical.
According to reports, the Minister had gone to Kandhamal for a four-day visit and started feeling unwell.
He reportedly complained of fever, breathing difficulty and low-blood pressure. When the doctor was called up0n, the Minister’s BP was reported at as low as 120/40.
The visit of the Minister had to be cancelled mid-way.
Jena was immediately attended upon by a team of doctor from the Phulbani District Headquarter Hospital in the Circuit House.
Sources say that, he will be air lifted to Bhubaneswar today at the earliest.
