Keonjhar: In a shocking incident, a newborn boy has been rescued from the garbage dump near the District Headquarters Hospital (DHH) in Keonjhar.
The locals heard the cries of the newborn boy and rescued the baby. They immediately rushe dthe baby to the hospital.
The locals later informed the police about the entire incident. The police are investigating into the matter.
