Odisha MLA Denies VIP Treatment, Opts To Take Meal Among School Children
Keonjhar: BJD legislator from Patna won many hearts after he denied VIP treatment and had a meal with school children during his visit to Dumuria High School.
As per reports, the MLA Jagannath Naik had been to the school recently as the chief guest for inauguration of a science exhibition.
Though the school authorities have made special arrangement for the 42 year old legislator, he denied the VIP treatment and opted to have a meal among the school children.
The first time MLA was spotted standing in a queue and later enjoyed his meal among the school students. “We were shocked to see the legislator sitting on the floor among the school children and having his meal. This was indeed a great gesture by him which will set an example for others,” said a local.
