Bhubaneswar: Badrinayaran Patra, the former Minister and sitting MLA from Ghasipura constituency of Odisha was airlifted to Hyderabad today for advanced treatment. Earlier, he had been admitted to a private hospital in the capital city for treatment following complain of chest pain.
As per reports, Patra was airlifted today for Hyderabad where he will be treated at the Asian Institute of Gastroenterology. He had been admitted to the Apollo Hospital, Bhubaneswar earlier.
The Minister was shifted to the Biju Patnaik International Airport in a special Ambulance today. From there he was airlifted for Hyderabad.
Reportedly, all arrangements have been made for his admission to the Hyderabad hospital. He should be admitted to the AIG hospital by 8 pm today for treatment. A team of doctors have also accompanied him.
