Odisha Man Kills Wife Over Family Dispute In Keonjhar

Ghatagaon: A man was arrested for killing his wife over a family dispute at Satyapal village under Harichandanpur police limits of Keonjhar district on Sunday.

The deceased person has been identified as Dukhi Patra, wife of Bimbadhar Patra.

Sources said, Bimbadhar entered into a heated argument with his deceased wife Dukhi over family issues. Later, the husband killed his wife with a stick.

On being informed, the locals of the village rushed and immediately admitted to Harichandanpur Community Health Centre where she was declared brought dead.

The Harichandanpur police reached the spot and arrested the husband and started a probe into the matter.
