Mayurbhanj: A man committed suicide after killing his two wives in Tadakishol village under Baripada Sadar police limits in Mayurbhanj on Wednesday.
The victims have been identified as Shyam Marandi, Phulamani Marandi and Golkho Marandi. As per reports, Shyam smashed them to death with a hammer.
Reports suggest that the fateful incident occurred due to some familial discord. However, locals have alleged that all the three have been murdered.
Baripada Police have retrieved the hanging body of Shyam and bloodied bodies of the two ladies and sent them for autopsy.
A detailed investigation is underway.
