Bhubaneswar: Another 553 Covid patients have recovered and are being discharged on October 29 said the Health & Family Welfare (H&FW) Department of Odisha.
The H&FW department, informed about this development on its official Twitter handle today. According to the department, the highest recoveries have been made in Khordha district followed by Cuttack and Mayurbhanj.
The total recovered cases in Odisha now stand at 10,28,207.
The details of the recovery cases from different districts today are as follows:
283 from Khordha
64 from Cuttack
21 from Mayurbhanj
14 from Sambalpur
13 from Jajpur
12 from Jagatsinghpur
11 from Puri
10 from Sundargarh
9 from Balasore
9 from Kendrapara
9 from Nayagarh
8 from Bhadrak
6 from Dhenkanal
5 from Koraput
3 from Angul
3 from Jharsuguda
2 from Ganjam
1 from Balangir
1 from Deogarh
1 from Nabarangpur
68 from State Pool
A total of 365 Covid-19 positive cases including 56 in the 0-18 years age group have been detected positive in Odisha in the last 24 hours taking the tally to 10,40,595 informed the Information & Public Relations (I&PR) Department on Friday.
Among the 365 positives, there are 212 quarantine cases and 153 local contact cases.
