Bhubaneswar: Odisha government today suspended Rayagada DFO, Debarchan Behera on charges of corruption and sexual harassment.
Sources said that Behera allegedly harassed a woman staff sexually. Besides corruption allegations related to construction and maintenance of government building and purchase of store articles also surfaced against the Odisha Forest Service (OFS) official.
“He has been suspended with immediate effect. Further investigation into the allegations is continuing,” said an official.
