Bhubaneswar: The Odisha Government on Wednesday announced the tentative dates for Odisha Joint Entrance Examination (OJEE) 2019. As per official reports, OJEE 2019 is likely to be held on May 12, 2019 whereas the special OJEE has been scheduled for July 21.
Candidates can apply online for the entrance exam through the OJEE website from January 25 onwards. The application procedure will conclude on March 25. Last date for printing of confirmation letter is March 30 and admit cards will be available from April 20.
The OJEE 2019 will be conducted twice- the first will be conducted in the May (second Sunday) whereas the second one will be scheduled in July (third Sunday). The special OJEE is being conducted to fill up the vacant positions in engineering, management and pharmacy colleges in the state.
OJEE Chairman Sudip Kumar Chand has informed that the tentative date sheet for OJEE 2019 has been framed in consultation with Policy Planning Board after a meeting.
Notably, OJEE is being conducted by the Government of Odisha for providing lateral entry to candidates into courses like B.Tech, B.Pharmacy, M.Pharmacy, MBA, MCA, M.Tech as well as M Plan and integrated MBA courses.
