Odisha Government Is Ready To Fight Covid: Health Director Bijay Mohapatra

Bhubaneswar: Odisha government is ready to tackle any kind of Covid situation that may rise in the state, said Health Director Bijay Mohapatra on Thursday.

The Health Director has cautioned that the next three to four weeks could be crucial as the Covid infections are likely to rise in the state.

Mohapatra further added that, the government has taken all measures and no one should panic.

He said, hospitals too have been asked to keep Covid wards ready to admit patients in case  positive cases escalate.

Districts have been directed to keep a closer look on the situation, he said and added the cases in the state are now hovering between 10 and 20.
