Odisha Girl’s Soul Stirring Performance Makes Madhuri Dixit Whistle For Her; Watch Video

Bhubaneswar: Arundhati Garnaik, a 23-year Odia girl has successfully passed the audition and entered the reality dance show Dance Deewane Season 3.

Arundhati awed the three celebrity judges with her soul stirring performance. Actress Madhuri Dixit was so taken up by her performance that she had tears on her eyes by the goosebump-inducing performance. The actress even whistled for Arundhati for her great dance performance.

“(Aapke rom rom mein dance hai) you have dance in your genes, your performance was out of this world,” commented Madhuri.

While Dharmesh said, “I saw you walking to the centre of the stage and then switch. Then you entered to the mood of the dance till the last. And that’s where you won our heart. This is amazing.”

“Issey kehte hai dance ki deewangi (This is what one calls craze for the dance),” said Tushar. The actor also added that Arundhati has set a benchmark for Dance Deewane.

Tushar also shared the stage with Arundhati and danced to the song ‘Ang Laga De’.

The season 3 of the Dance Deewane show is now being aired on Colors TV channel and the show is being judged by actress Madhuri Dixit and choreographers Dharmesh Yelande and Tushar Kalia.

Arundhati had earlier taken part in the Dance India Dance Season 4 and made it to the top 6 contestants. Unfortunately, she has to quit the show due to a spinal cord injury sustained during an ariel act rehearsals.

Arundhati also appeared on ‘So You Think You Can Dance’ aired on &TV where though she was not selected for the show but her talent got noticed by ace choreographer Terrance Lewis who accepted her into his dance company and gave her the chance to perform at Khelo India University Games in Cuttack in 2020.
