Odisha: Elderly Patient Jumps To Death From SCB Medical College

Cuttack: In a shocking incident, an elderly patient undergoing treatment at SCB Medical College and Hospital here died after allegedly jumping from the third floor of the medicine ward.

Police said that they are trying to ascertain the identity of the victim who was undergoing treatment at the special ward for destitute.

Police said that they have started an investigation to ascertain the circumstances under which the patient jumped from the building.

However, the incident has raised question marks on the security of the government-run medical college.
