Balangir: Police have detained a doctor working in the District Headquarters Hospital (DHH) for creating ruckus in a residential house near the station area late last night.
As per reports, the doctor Abinash Mishra posted as the Nodal Officer in the cancer department of the DHH barged into the house in an inebriated condition. The house owner later informed the police which rushed to the spot and took Mishra under custody.
Police have also seized a bottle of liquor from the dickey of Mishra’s scooter. Police are further interrogating Mishra to ascertain whether Mishra created ruckus in the house deliberately.
