Odisha: Dense Fog Expected, Yellow Warning Issued

Bhubaneswar: The India Meteorological Department predicted dense fog in a number of places in Odisha on December 27.

The MeT department has issued a yellow warning for dense fog.

The Department added that, dense fog is very likely to occur at one or two places over the districts of:

Mayurbhanj, Keonjhar, Sundargarh, Sambalpur, Deogarh, Angul, Kandhamal, Ganjam, Kalahandi, Malkangiri and Koraput.

Light to moderate rain or thundershower very likely to occur at one or two places over the districts of: Sundargarh, Jharsuguda, Keonjhar on December 28.

Shallow to moderate fog very likely to occur at one or two places over the districts of Costal Odisha.

The highest maximum temperature of 29.8oC was recorded at Bolangir and the lowest minimum temperature of 11.0 degree Celsius was recorded at Sundargarh in the plains of Odisha.
