Bhubaneswar: A total of 263 Covid-19 positive cases including 44 in the 0-18 years age group have been detected positive in Odisha in the last 24 hours taking the tally to 10,44,962 informed the Information & Public Relations (I&PR) Department on Friday.
Among the 263 positives, 153 are quarantine cases and 110 are local contacts. However 308 patients recovered in the State taking the total number of 10,33,652.
There are a total of 2,884 active cases.
