Odisha: Commissinerate Police arrests MBA educated man for fraud through OLX

Bhubaneswar: In an unusual incident, Commissionerate Police arrested a MBA educated fraudster on Monday. He used to fraud people by selling vehicle on OLX while more than 40 criminal cases are pending on his name.

The accused has been identified as Truptiranjan Das.

As per reports, Das is MBA educated while his actual profession is to fraud people in the name of selling vehicles through OLX. He has fraud money to the amount of Rs. 50 lakh in three cases while more than 40 cases are pending on his name in different police stations. Earlier also he was arrested for fraud.

As per reports, the accused showed a single vehicle and cheated 10 people to sell it to them. After the matter was complained at Badgada Police Station, Police started investigation. He used to target people from far places like Mayurbhanj, Jajpur, Dharakot. Commissionerate Police arrested him from out of Odisha. Computers, laptops, cash money and documents have been seized from his possession.
