Bhubaneswar: Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik is scheduled to hold a review meeting on Monday to assess the current Covid situation.
According to reports, the review meeting will be attended by the Chief Secretary and Development Commissioner, the Health Secretary, and senior officials from the Department of Health.
It is noteworthy that as many as 4829 Covid-19 positive cases including 933 from Khordha have been detected in the last 24 hours.
The total cases include 448 in the 0-18 years age group have been found, informed the Information and Public Relations (I&PR) Department on Monday.
Due to sudden rise in Covid cases, the administration has started imposing various restrictions. Religious places are also being shut down in a number of districts.
