Odisha CM makes five major announcements for Sambalpur
Sambalpur: Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik, during his one-day visit to the district today, made five major announcements for the people of Sambalpur.
While addressing the Youth Conclave of Biju Yuva Vahini at the Veer Surendra Sai Stadium here, Patnaik made the five major announcements. “Two more bridges—Malatijora and Balibandha— will be built at a cost of Rs 20 crore and Rs 10 crore, respectively,” said the CM.
“The road connecting the district school to Naksapalli and Durgapalli to National Highways will be widened to four lanes at a cost of Rs 40 crore and Rs 15 crore, respectively,” he added.
Besides, the Chief Minister announced that the Veer Surendra Sai Stadium in Sambalpur will be developed with a cost of Rs 3 crore.
Hundreds of young workers, MPs, MLAs and Zilla Parishad Presidents of the district also attended the Youth Conclave.
