Odisha CM in classroom in Hinjilicut, students happy: Watch

Hinjilicut: Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik on Sunday spent some time with the students of a School in Hinjilicut of Ganjam district. While he interacted with the students to know about their requirements the students were happy to get the CM of the State with them in their classroom.

The CM stepped into the classroom to experience the changed learning processes in the transformed Govt Schools.

During his visit to Ganjam district on Sunday, CM Naveen Patnaik visited the Government Brundaban Vidyapitha in Hinjilicut and interacted with the students in their classroom. The CM paid a visit to the new smart classroom and enquired about the requirements of the students.

On this occasion a student presented the CM a portrait of him. The CM also inspected the new modern library and laboratory in the school. He also wrote a message in the School’s Visitors’ book.

It is to be noted that under the 5T Initiative, the transformation of schools have been going on in the State under which selective schools are being transformed to make the classrooms, laboratories, libraries Smart and modern so that students can get better education. So far a total of 53 schools have been transformed in Ganjam district only. Secretary to CM (5T) VK Pandian is spearheading this high school transformation program under the CM’s direction.

During this visit to Ganjam district the CM also inaugurated the distribution of Smart Health Cards and inaugurated a slew of projects worth Rs 2140 crore.
