Nayagarh: Simultaneous house searches have been conducted on Assistant Engineer working with Rural Development department in Ranpur of Nayagarh district.
The Assistant Engineer has been identified as Rusinath Baral the search is being conducted by the Odisha Vigilance.
The search has been conducted in four places of the following districts namely: Khordha, Nayagarh and Dhenkanal.
In order to carry out the raid, four teams have been formed which were led by four DSPs, eight inspectors and other staff.
These teams are conducting searches on the allegation of possession of disproportionate assets.
Till now, one plot, one four wheeler, one 2-wheeler and cash of Rs 1, 30, 000 has been unearthed so far.
