Odisha Assembly Budget Session concludes, House adjourned sine die

Bhubaneswar: The Budget Session of Odisha Assembly, which commenced from March 25, ended on Thursday, following which Speaker Surjya Narayan Patro adjourned the house sine die.

There were six working days in this Budget Session of the State Assembly. Discussions on adjournment motions over two different issues were held in the House. It had 352 Starred questions and 542 unstarred questions.

As per the schedule, Finance Minister Niranjan Pujari presented the interim budget for 2022-23, which is about 17.6% more than the annual allocation in 2021-22.
