Actor Sabyasachi Mishra Hands Over Oximeters To Odisha State Medical Corporation Ltd.

Bhubaneswar: Health and Wellness Group (HWG) of the Odisha Society of the Americas has donated 550 high end flagship pulse oximeters worth 8 lakh rupees to Odisha State Medical Corporation Ltd to help in the COVID fight.

Cine Actor Sabyasachi Mishra, as the Goodwill ambassador of Health & wellness group recently handed over the oximeters to OSMCL in presence of Managing Director OSMCL Ms Yamini Sarangi, IAS & GM-Operations Dr. Saubhagya Ranjan Ransingh.

These Branded and certified Pulse Oximeters will be supplied to designated health care workers who will visit remote areas to ensure proper check-ups at rural Odisha.

With the guidance of Mr Pradipta Kumar Mohapatra (IAS), Chairman HWG Dr. Devashish Ray (USA) & Project leader Dr. Nibedita Mohanty (USA) could successfully accomplish this project.

Few months ago the same group had donated a advanced Mobile Covid Testing Van equipped with all modern facilities to Health Department, Govt of Odisha which is helping the swab testing process
at different districts.

Health and wellness Group (HWG) is The Group of Odia Doctors working at The United States of Americas. Chairman of the group Dr Devashish Ray (USA) has informed, “In future The group has many plans to execute in association with Sabyasachi Mishra, for the betterment of odisha. We are also forming a Global network of Odia physician Working in different countries.”

Sabyasachi Mishra informed, “This is another achievement for OSA Health & Wellness Group after the successful delivery of Covid Testing Van. Globally we are connecting for a Healthy Odisha.”

HWG’s Medical Adviser for India Dr Salil Mohanty said, “It is done in an experiment basis and basing on the feed back we will expand this project as needed. We will do everything possible for a better Odisha. “
